Bella x Richard's Puppies - Go Home April 3rd
The Waitlist for Bella and Richard's AKC Havanese puppies is now open. We only have a couple spots left. Bella had 5 puppies (3 girls, 2 boys) on February 6. They will be ready to go to their new homes April 3, just in time for spring. Both parents are fully health tested (hips, patellas, cardiac, eyes, DNA). Bella is a gorgeous gold sable Havanese with a thick wavy non-shedding coat. She is very playful, smart and easy to train. Richard is one of the sweetest, easy going Havanese you will ever meet. He has a stunning soft red and white coat. Puppies should be medium size 10-15 lbs in red and white and sable. See our available puppy page for more info.
Nora x Richard's Puppies - Go Home May 11th
Nora and Richard Havanese puppies are here! 6 boys and 2 girls.
This will be Nora's retirement litter. After this litter she will be spayed and will stay with her forever Guardian home to be loved and spoiled. Nora is a cuddle bug who would spend all day on her family's lap if it was up to her. She loves people and especially children. She does the cutest happy dance and "song" when she greets people especially if she recognizes that person.
Richard is confident and friendly. His stunning red and white coat catches people's attention everywhere he goes. But he's not just a pretty face, his charm and sweet easy-going personality wins over everyone' heart.
We anticipate puppies to be 8-12 lbs as adults and to have sweet friendly personalities. For more information on getting on the waitlist please fill out the Puppy Application.
Guardian Home
We believe all of our dogs should be in loving forever homes and not kennels, so they can have all the love, care and attention they deserve. In order to do that we partner with other families and individuals to provide a Guardian Home.
A Guardian Home gets the pick of the litter high quality Havanese puppy or dog for free and PNW Havanese retains breeding rights. They raise the puppy as their own and provide all necessary care and love. Then the dog will come back to use for all breeding related care and puppy raising. Once they retire they will stay in their forever home.

Puppy Raising
As a responsible Havanese breeder, we at PNW Havanese, empower our Havanese puppies to be confident in themselves and ready for their new homes. It starts with breeding health tested, stable tempered parents. We honor our parent dogs by providing the best care (high quality food, supplements, vet care, and lots of love). They live in our home as part of the family or in Guardian homes as beloved pets. All puppies are born in our nursery in our house where they are raised as family around our children.
Puppy Curriculum
- Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS): series of handling exercises developed by the military. Studies showed it improves cardiovascular performance (heart rate), stronger heart beats, stronger adrenal glands, more tolerant to stress, and greater resistance to disease.
- BAB Empowered Puppy Curriculum developed by Jeanette Forey. Advanced service dog curriculum which involves introduction novel items, experiences, sounds, and handling exercises to help them cope with new situations and stresses
- Introduction to grooming, car rides, crate and potty training
